Spanish is the most widely spoken language in the world, except for Chinese, and is one of the six official languages of the United Nations. An A Level in Spanish opens up all sorts of opportunities to live and work abroad in places as far as Central and South America. This course will build on your GCSE Spanish to develop your skills of reading, writing and speaking Spanish while you learn about the lifestyle and culture of Spain and Spanish speaking countries. The course will build your confidence while you will become fluent through discussions about Spanish Media, Family and Lifestyle. There will also be an opportunity to join in with a residential visit to Spain to glean more about the way of life and the day to day nuances of the language.
