These courses are fully funded, provided learners demonstrate a need for improvement in their basic English or maths skills and meet the eligibility criteria for funding. We provide an 8 session training course, delivered in the workplace by a method of blended learning. Utilising specially designed workbooks to support learners through their course, each learner progresses at their own pace with full tutor support throughout. After an initial group induction session, learners meet weekly with their dedicated tutor on a 1-2-1 basis. There is no need to attend college and we work with the employer to ensure minimal disruption to the day to day operation of the business
