The three course sessions will be structured as follows: 1. Understanding you – identifying your personal values and drivers, what is important to you and how to take charge. 2. Developing you – building your self confidence and resilience and understanding change and how it you respond to it. 3. Applying you – developing your ideas and creativity and testing them. How will I learn? There will be individual and group activities, the chance to discuss ideas and ask questions and to create your own future life plan. There are no exams or formal assessments. If you think you may need extra help with your learning, please ask your tutor or the Centre staff. We will try to help you. How will I know how well I am doing?
