It is very useful to have pencils, a small paintbrush and a sketchbook or notebook for the first class. Protective clothing is provided, or you can bring your own i.e. overall or apron, rubber gloves. The course fee includes most consumables (ink, solvents etc) but you will need to buy paper, etching plates/ lino etc. These are available to buy in the department at cost price.
