Contemporary Dance: General

This course will help you further develop the core dance-movement requirements of co-ordination, flexibility, strength and stamina. You will continue to improve your rhythmic awareness and musicality while integrating key features of contemporary dance including work with alignment, timing, variation of dynamic energy and use of space in two contrasting dance sequences with at least one to be of a standard suitable for performance at the Morley Dance summer event.
