What is Live Art? Discovery

UPDATED 20140821 11:05:11

Live Art could be described simply as live art by artists. It is a broad and inclusive field embracing work that might defy categorization in the arts. In this spirit of inclusiveness we are excited to be working in the established adult education setting of Morley College to offer a course that invites participants to explore this diversity through practical and conceptual investigation, critical debate, watching live and documented performance and making performance. A kind of Live Art Club offering a space of enquiry and experimentation to learn, share, develop, and deepen understanding of Live Art. , , The course is divided into three terms running from September 2014 to June 2015. Each term will culminate in a public sharing of participants’ work. ,
