This contemporary dance class, informed by the technical disciplines of Merce Cunningham and Martha Graham, will help you develop co-ordination, flexibility, strength and stamina. You will also improve your rhythmic awareness and musicality while being introduced to key features of contemporary dance including how to work with alignment, timing, variation of dynamic energy, use of space and the sheer pleasure of dance
