Term 2, accredited afternoon course, for students at Entry 1 in their oral and written skills. For total beginners but students must be literate in the Roman script. Students will take Entry 1 ESOL S&L exam at the end of term 2. Progression onto this course will be dependent on good progress and excellent attendance in previous term. Students may progress in term 3 and take R&W. This will again depend on excellent prior progress and attendance. NEW students who are consolidating at Entry 1 and who could pass S&L in one term can join in term 2.
