Advanced Indian Head Massage

This one day course is a must for therapists with previous Indian Head Massage experience who wish to learn new skills which are ideally suited to reducing stress in the workplace. Topics will include the background and history of Ayurveda, discovering your Dosha, marma points of the upper body, subtle energy, chakra balancing, use of oils, Indian Head Massage in the workplace, practical techniques to release tension in the sholders, arms hands, neck & Scalp, use of massage tools
