Please wear suitable exercise clothing: tracksuit trousers or leggings are better than shorts. Also bring a warm garment such as a sweatshirt to wear during warm-ups, discussions, and relaxation. Bring a bottle of water., Whilst we do hold a stock of yoga mats at college I would suggest that all students bring along their own mats for hygiene reasons.
