On this course wou will learm about: tthe history of massage and aromatherapy, wirth properties of the oils and benefits of aromatherapy massage. Specific oils and what their individual and combined properties are. You will also learn how to give a: hand, foot and Indian head massage on a professional manner, and how to use oils for the bath, inhalation, compress and blend massage oils, cleaning products and first aid kits. You will be taught how to avoid a healing crisis, the importance of good hydration and how to take care of the therapist including protection and grounding. This course will improve your confidence and expertise in the comprehensive use of aromatherapy essental oils for effective healing, in a fun learning envinroment.
