This work-based qualification is aimed at learners who are working, or want to work, in the logistics and distribution sector. It could lead to employment in specialised transportation, logistics, capital and e-commerce services.. It can be offered to those that drive vans, rigid, articulated or draw bar vehicles as part of or will be part of their daily work duties. Mainstream can offer this qualification with various training packages such as upgrade acquisition, Driving assessments, Driver CPC or Initial DCPC modules 2 & 4 training or a combination of more than just one training option. This qualification can be offered via NVQ or Apprenticeship. Funding may be available which could be fully funded or co-funded by employer contributions
