Health & Social Care Level 3 Diploma - Class based

This class based course is the recognised qualification for people working in the health and social care sector. There are three pathways: Generic, Dementia and Learning Disability. The course is ideal for an experienced care assistant with some supervisory responsibility. Students must be 18 or over to enrol and you must have at least one year£s current experience working in the care sector. You need to have a very good level of English and to be employed for a minimum of 14 hours per week in a care setting at the start of, and for the duration of, this course, as you will be assessed in the workplace. This course will help improve your promotion and employment prospects in a range of health and social care settings. After successfully completing this qualification, you may wish to progress onto the Level 5 Diploma. Therefore, course costs are discussed on an individual basis. If you are aged 24 or over then you may be able to apply for a 24+ Advanced Learning Loan.
