Food Safety in Catering Level 2 Award

UPDATED 20140716 10:03:41

Government regulations require a basic level of training for ALL staff who handle food including part-time and casual staff. This training will meet these requirements and lead to a nationally recognised qualification (Royal Society for Public Health). You develop essential knowledge as to how to prepare and store food safely in order to prevent contamination of food and food poisoning. Assessment is via a multiple choice question paper. You must have a good level of English to enable you to pass this intensive one day course. In addition to the Saturday courses shown here, there are additional courses which run on some Fridays. Please ring 01274 327327 for further details.
