Apprenticeships allow you to gain qualifications whilst working – you will normally study one day per week in college and spend the rest of the week at work, usually at least 30 hours per week. The Apprenticeship IT User is designed for people such as personal assistants, office support staff and administrators, sales and marketing executives, retail assistants or anyone else who uses a computer regularly as part of their work.
