Fitness - active seniors - seated & first steps

This course is designed for those learners with restricted mobility for whom seated and basic standing exercises are suitable. Each learner will be assessed for their level of mobility and flexibility in the first few weeks of the course. The tutor will then design a programme of exercises that aim to gently develop and increase learners stamina, balance and flexibility whilst having fun.
