Learn how to use balloons to create gifts, or as decoration for celebration events such as weddings and parties. The course will cover the use of foil and latex balloons, sizing and inflation techniques, correct use of helium gas, health and safety awareness, use of weights and accessories and knowledge of design theory to enhance your designs. The range of designs to be covered will include a tied layered bouquet, a cloud nine and a single pearl arch.
