Personal skills - table tennis - part 2

This course helps to improve hand /eye coordination by practising table tennis skills. You will learn the basics to be able to play a game of table tennis independently including the correct grip of the bat for serving, return, forehand and backhand strokes. The course also covers scoring and playing with others for single and double matches. To be able to return the ball to another player. To use fore and back hand with confidence and always start play with a serve. To improve co-ordination. Use feet to adjust position at the table. To learn to score a table tennis game/basic rules record matches one and report to tutor for tournament scoring.
