Personal skills - table tennis - part 1

This course helps to improve hand /eye coordination by practising table tennis skills. You will learn the basics to be able to play a game of table tennis independently including the correct grip of the bat for serving, return, forehand and backhand strokes. The course also covers scoring and playing with others for single and double matches. To be able to return the ball to another player. To use fore and back hand. To improve co-ordination. Participate in class warm up every week. Alternate between fore and back hand strokes. To learn to score a table tennis game/basic rules use a score sheet to record points.
