This course is suitable for anyone interested in learning the basic principles of massage as a ‘therapy’ to use at home with family and friends or as a ‘taster’ for on-going courses in bodywork. Through demonstration and practical work you will learn useful massage techniques (including some for self help) basic health and safety issues and basic anatomy and terminology.
