Intro to Indian Head Massage workshop

This workshop is suitable for anyone who has an interest in the subject, would like to learn some basic techniques to use on family and friends or as a ‘taster’ before committing to a longer course. The massage is performed fully clothed, sat in a chair and oil on the scalp is optional. Through demonstration and practical work you will get the chance to experience giving and receiving in part this very therapeutic massage based on Ayurveydic principles with a western approach. Be aware of basic health and safety issues for hygiene and massage Have some understanding of Ayurveda background Perform, in part, a massage routine for the scalp, neck and shoulders Experience receiving, in part, an Indian head massage
