For those who have completed herbalism beginners and wish to continue their learning and understanding of how plants, food & lifestyle play a vital role in our health. We will look at the principles of western herbal medicine including humoural theory, constitutional types and the energetics of plants and food; useful herbs for children; food as medicine; fasting and how to detox safely. We will also make some simple herbal preparations.
