This course is for anyone who wants to be introduced to the basics of using a computer including Microsoft Office 2010 and to give you the skills and confidence to be able to progress on to an ICT Level 1 qualification. Students will learn the basics of using word processing and spreadsheets in Office 2010, file management, the Internet and Email.
