Right Futures Reed in Partnership's Right Futures programme is designed to support 16-19 year-olds in London who are not in education, employment or training. The programme is broken down into 3 areas: West London Supports 16-19 year-olds in Hillingdon, Hounslow, Ealing, Brent and Harrow to complete training and move into employment, education or training. South London Supports 16-19 year-olds in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich and Lewisham to complete training and move into employment, education or training. London Volunteering Supports 16-19 year-olds across London to access and complete volunteering opportunities before moving into employment, education or training. A dedicated Adviser supports the young person to access opportunities that will help them develop skills for work and study using our network of training providers and relationships with local colleges. For young people moving into employment, our experienced Employer Team match young people to suitable vacancies in a range of sectors. The programme provides young people with ongoing financial support to help with training costs and paying for travel, interview clothes and equipment. Our support is ongoing so once a participant has entered in work, learning or training, our Advisers work with them to produce a career action plan and stay motivated.
