Something very special, requiring a knowledge of mixing, kneading, fermenting, shaping and baking. Only then can you produce a well textured, aromatic, delicious loaf of bread. Artisan bread is crafted, rather than mass produced, then baked in small batches. Your tutor will teach you the fundamentals of age old bread making. During the day your tutor will take through the preparation of white bread, brown bread, raisin bread and Irish Soda. You will then be able to take your freshly baked bread home, plus lots of recipe ideas. ERROR ERROR
