Advanced Apprenticeship in Supervision (Furniture Industry)

As an Advanced Apprentice Supervisor in the furniture industry you will be following a comprehensive training programme which offers training in a variety of skills in the supervision of furniture processes such as manufacturing, assembly and installation. The training will cover monitoring working practices to ensure that they comply with regulations, allocating and checking work, and managing and motivating work teams. Advanced Apprentice Supervisors will be expected to co-ordinate workers roles to meet production targets and quality standards.
