Apprenticeship Opportunity Programme (Direct Access) Painting & Decorating - Level 2

This programme gives learners the opportunity to gain entry to a level two programme, giving you the necessary practical and employability skills to help gain employment as a site carpenter. The programme consists of two main qualifications along with additionalities. You will study a range of subject areas to include: Basic joints and tool skills; first and second fix joinery; maintenance; health and safety and construction technology. You will also be given the opportunity to receive training for competition entries such as Skills Build and the Carpenters Craft competition, along with work experience for prestigious company£s throughout Leicestershire.
