This AS/A2 Level develops conceptual understanding of business decision-making, considering the business issues from a variety of different perspectives. Young people aged 16-18. This course teaches you how to consider the issues, or problems, arising in a particular business from a variety of different perspectives. The aspects of business activity you will study include the challenges involved in starting a business, how firms organise the production of goods and services, how businesses engage in financial planning and decision-making and the ways in which firms market their products, influence sales and compete effectively. You will be assessed by exams at the end of each year.
