This programme is designed for £hands on£ managers whose role is to manage limited resources in order to achieve a required result for the organisation. The programme is further designed to provide a lateral appreciation of the business environment. The programme may be undertaken by both the assignment route and by NVQ for those wishing to attract evidence from their workplace.

There are no examinations for this programme.
