This part-time introductory course for adults is based in our professional kitchens at the Feltham Skills Centre. You will work with a variety of ingredients and equipment in order to learn the skills needed to produce food in a commercial environment. You will also gain qualifications in food hygiene and health and safety, which are essential for the catering industry.
