The course is designed for those already in employment or those leaving college/sixth form who do not already have a Higher Education qualification. Foundation Degrees are vocational HE awards and have been designed with employers to develop the technical and industry specific skills that they require. This is underpinned with broad-based and rigorous academic learning using your own employment experience. Throughout the course you will have the full support of experienced lecturers who will guide you through the modules using their own industry knowledge and expertise. Employment and careers advice is also provided to help support development. Stratford-upon-Avon College is the first college in the country to achieve the Training Quality Standard with excellence in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism, in recognition of its outstanding work with employers.
