You would work in a training bay in one of our Skill Centres where you would learn how to plaster to a high standard and practice the skills that you acquire. You would carry out, and become skilled at, many tasks including boarding, skimming, repairing damage caused by rewiring and water, rendering and even moulding your own dado rail. In addition to practical activity, you would acquire knowledge through theory sessions relating to your chosen craft. You will also be given the opportunity to improve your maths and English skills.
