Computer Basics is an accessible computer and internet qualification for absolute beginners This course is for those who want to be able to use internet, such as for purposes of accessing Jobcentre’s website,Universal Job Match, putting a CV together using Word, applying for jobs using different web sites, etc The course covers computer basics, such as using the mouse, keyboard, understanding of desktop, windows and word processing basics, handling files, using the Internet for web browsing, using search engines, using e-mail. This is a tutor lead course. Course duration is 6 weeks at 2 full days per week. This is not a drop in course but a tutor led course. Expenses are fully paid and fresh coffee as well as fruit is provided to fully funded learners.
