For practising first-line managers, this will further develop their management and leadership skills, build business knowledge and boost career prospects. The learner, employer and training co-ordinator will choose units from the sector specific specification that match with the learners job role, the units will also help the learner continue with their professional and personal development. As part of the Level 3 Management Apprenticeship, candidates may be required to complete Functional Skills English, maths and ICT as part of their apprenticeship programme depending on previously qualifications in these areas.
