The Digital Client Services Apprenticeship from Future LDN is designed with client facing apprentices in mind. Apprentices undertaking this pathway will learn critical skills relating to productivity software as well as receiving a grounding in the effective use of CRM systems and databases. There is a strong focus on dealing effectively and professionally with clients. Like all of our qualifications, apprentices also receive support to develop core skills such as effective workplace communication, information security management and customer care.
