The Level 2 programme provides you with the knowledge and skills required to work in a childcare setting at an assistant level. The course involves learning about all aspects of children's care and development. The course has mandatory units which include introduction to communication, personal development, equality and inclusion, development and safeguarding. You will then also select some optional units.
