IOSH Safety for Senior Executives

The focus is on health & safety responsibilities and obligations and how they should be performed to mitigate risk. The course also covers personal legal obligations and the liabilities of both directors and their companies. The programme follows the IOSH Safety for Senior Executives syllabus which includes: Health and safety law Corporate Governance Corporate manslaughter Powers of enforcement authorities Personal responsibilities and accountability at senior levels Management Systems The business implications and Corporate Governance of Health and Safety Outcomes: Successful completion of the course and examination will result in the issue of an IOSH certificate.
