In the hospitality industry you£ll need strong management and leadership skills to control the fast-moving and exciting environment of a restaurant. This course gives you the opportunity to develop these management skills through the management of level 1 and 2 students in our training restaurant, Ambitions. Whilst studying and working in the restaurant you will acquire all the skills needed to move on to a management position in the hospitality industry when you leave.
