The second year of our full-time Professional Catering programme will take your skills from basic to intermediate level. Focusing on practical food preparation, cooking and food service, you£ll get real experience with paying customers and expert tuition from your helpful and experienced tutors. You will also have opportunities to attend key industry events - last year, for example, our students served the Queen at a garden party at Sandringham!
