Taking place on 3 consecutive days Tues 19, Wed 20 & Thurs 21 February 2013, 09.00 - 15.30, Cost £195 - This intermediate qualification is designed and highly recommended for those working in all food businesses at a supervisory level. On successful completion of this programme candidates will be able to play an active part in monitoring, training and supervising food handlers on hygiene issues. This course includes a multiple choice exam.
