Bread Making Bliss

Commencing Tues 2 October for 4 Weeks, 18.00 - 21.00, Cost £69 - This course offers a knowledge and understanding of bread making as well as examining recipe building and the family of pre-ferments. We will study methods beyond the straight dough process, producing a selection of delectable freshly baked breads in our professional baker's ovens. Ingredients will be provided for the first class only. You will be required to provide your own ingredients and some equipment for the remainder of the course, a list will be provided on a weekly basis.
