Commencing Wednesday 16 January 2013 for 5 Weeks, 18.00 - 20.00, Cost £60 - There is nothing quite like a delicious homemade soup as a healthy meal or a light lunch. Using fresh ingredients our experienced tutor will show you how to use a variety of preparation and cooking methods to produce hearty soups from broths and winter warmers to quick and easy recipes and consomm£s. Ingredients will be provided for the first class only. You will be required to provide your own ingredients for the remainder of the course, a list will be provided on a weekly basis.
