Course Outline Business studies A level will enable you to focus on the dynamic nature of the contemporary business world, provide opportunities for research and explore topical business issues and situations, offer opportunities for the development and application of a full range of academic skills and understand the role of the entrepreneur and business in society. The course will introduce you to the challenges and issues of starting a business, including financial planning. You will also focus on how established businesses might improve their effectiveness. Units include - Planning and Financing a Business, Managing a Business, Strategies for Success and The Business Environment and Change.
