This Apprenticeship course allows people to gain on the job experience as well as a recognised qualification in the Customer Service sector The areas of study will include; how to communicate using appropriate customer service language, how to deal with and resolve customer complaints and improving on your customer service delivery. This course also includes the Technical Certificate, Functional Skills courses if necessary, Employment Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning and Thinking.
