This qualification comprises QCF units developed by Skillsmart Retail, the sector skills council for the retail sector. The qualification will allow candidates to apply knowledge, understanding and skills, based on the National Occupational Standards for Retail developed with employers. These qualifications are for all learners aged 14 and above who are capable of reaching the required standards.
