This course helps you to develop the knowledge and communication skills required by care professionals. It is the same level as GCSE. All assessment is by coursework and support is provided to help you to succeed.

Name: BTEC L2 Diploma in Health & Social Care Qualification title: Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment All assessment is through coursework. Units are assessed by the completion of projects, assignments or presentations. Units are also graded and an overall grade for the qualification is awarded. You will be required to complete projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations. Methods of teaching include, role plays, discussions, peer/groupwork, written and practical exercises. You are required to attend one day per week of work experience.
