Outline of skills and knowledge Areas of study will include Psychology for Sports Performance, Practical Sports & Fitness modules What have students who have taken this course in the past progressed to? Progression onto a Level 3 qualification such as the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport or Sport & exercise Sciences provided you have a background in Science such as a science GCSE. Level 3 courses provide a transferrable skills base for preparation for university or working within the sports industries, or for an apprenticeship. How will I learn? Through a combination of theory and practical work e.g. coaching and fitness instruction.
