Social Enterprise Kent offers a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Services for individuals who having stepped into a leadership position and wanting to develop their leadership skills. This is a City and Guilds qualification that will provide the learner with excellent leadership knowledge in order to help develop their leadership skills. This qualification consists of a range of pathways which include: children and young people’s residential management, children and young people’s management, children and young people’s advanced practice, adult’s residential management, adult’s management, and adults advanced practice.
