Social Enterprise Kent offers a Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration (QCF) for those in a junior role and wants to develop your skills to become a future team leader or business manager. This is a City and Guilds qualification that will provide the learner with a good understanding of business and administration. This qualification covers a range of knowledge and competence units. The mandatory units include: communication in a business environment, principles of providing administrative support, principles of business document production and information management, understand employer organisations, manage personal performance and development, and develop working relationships with colleagues.
