Social Enterprise Kent offers an Advanced Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management for those who want to develop their management skills. This apprenticeship is also ideal for those who are taking their first step into management roles. This is an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) qualification, which will provide the apprentice with a great understanding of leadership and management. This can be applied to everyday work which will significantly develop the apprentice’s management skills. This apprenticeship will include: a Diploma in Leadership and Management at Level 3, and Functional Skills in English, Maths, and I.C.T at Level 2. The apprentice will not be required to undertake Functional Skills if they have previously achieved these qualifications at GCSE or equivalent. The apprentice could train in a number of roles like: section manager, first line manager, assistant manager, trainee manager and senior supervisor.
